All of our kits are made from Grade 5 titanium, rolled threads and CNC machined heads. Using Grade 5 allows us to offer a far superior grade screw as compared to Grade 2 titanium. You’ll spend a little more for quality but gain it back with a much stronger screw. The improved yield strength of Grade 5 spec make it a much better choice for stronger attachment points and overall longevity. Not to mention, ditching those steel screws will save a lot of weight as well!

Negative Tolerance CNC Machined Flat Heads
This is good, not negative!
Our flat head screws feature a negative-tolerance CNC machining specification that allows us to offer a shallower head. In short, this prevents the screw head from protruding past the chassis surface. This does mean a slightly-shallower head punch for the hex, however the compromise will help protect the screw and prevent unnecessary complications of screws dragging the race surface.
