Shipping, Returns and Warranties

If there are questions or concerns about any of the following (shipping, returns, warranties) please contact us before ordering.

Our policies are simple and straight forward to help streamline the process and keep everyone on track!

 

Shipping

IMPORTANT: Please always check your order to ensure you received exactly what you ordered and that the packaging is not damaged. If you received a damaged package please do not open it and email us immediately, rcdude@rcraceworx.com.

Shipping Times: We will do our best to get your package out the door the same day if ordered by 12pm (noon) PST (Monday through Friday, non holidays). If we are able to we also ship on Saturdays.

We currently offer USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers and USPS and DHL for international customers.

International Customers, please email us at rcdude@rcraceworx.com with your order details (product and quantity, a screenshot of your cart will also work) so we can get you the best shipping quote possible. We do these quotes by hand to help save on costs and will send a screenshot of our exact cost. We do not markup any shipping costs, international or domestic.

Returns

All returns will need to be approved before sending back. We’re a small company and will do our best to help in case you goofed and ordered something incorrect.

Please email rcdude@rcraceworx.com first if you feel you need to send something back.


Warranties

This section will cover ALL RC Raceworx branded products: titanium screws, workbench mats, carbon fiber perp boards, growlers, lighting and any future products we produce.

Manufacturing Defects:

If you receive any RC Raceworx branded products and notice manufacturing defects please contact us so we can make it right. We’ll do what we can to replace anything that we may have missed during inspection.

Shipping Damage:

If you receive any RC Raceworx product and it was damaged in shipping please do the following: take pictures of the product overall and areas specific to the damage, please take photos of the box and packaging condition and if you are able to share delivery misuse pictures (ie. delivery person threw your box over a fence or smashed it intentionally) that will also be helpful to file claims.

We will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible however information and pictures are required by package carriers for us to file a claim and be reimbursed. Please be assure that this process will not burden or add time to you getting a new replacement.

Use of Product Failures:

If you are installing/using your RC Raceworx products in an appropriate manner and they fail, please contact us so we can make it right. Our products aren’t bullet proof, but will hold up to normal use and wear/tear situations. We do our best to make the best products possible, but things happen and we want to be sure we do our best to get you back on the track!

If you are using your RC Raceworx products in an inappropriate manner or going HUGE, send us a pic so we can see how many pieces your RC car exploded into. In all seriousness, we cannot offer warranties on products that are misused but can enjoy the aftermath photos with you :)
