RC Raceworx has now launched the Elite Ti-Builders Kit, a limited edition kit of our same screws, in the highest demand sizes now available as a complete kit. The kit features M3 flat head, button head and cap head screws and M4 flat head and button head screws.

Screw Highlights

Grade 5 Titanium -

Stronger. Lighter. Faster… lap times

All of our kits are made from Grade 5 titanium, rolled threads and CNC machined heads. Using Grade 5 allows us to offer a far superior grade screw as compared to Grade 2 titanium. You’ll spend a little more for quality but gain it back with a much stronger screw. The improved yield strength of Grade 5 spec make it a much better choice for stronger attachment points and overall longevity.

Not to mention, ditching those steel screws will save a lot of weight as well!

Negative Tolerance CNC Machined Flat Heads -

This is good, not negative!

Our flat head screws feature a negative-tolerance CNC machining specification that allows us to offer a shallower head. In short, this prevents the screw head from protruding past the chassis surface. This does mean a slightly-shallower head punch for the hex, however the compromise will help protect the screw and prevent unnecessary complications of screws dragging the race surface.

Complete Kits -

We only offer our kits as complete top and bottom kits. We go through each kit manual and count up each screw we feel would best fit most drivers. We typically do not include driveline screws (diff screws as example). However 99% of the the kit is accounted for.

Coatings -

We offer most kits in Gold TiN Titanium Nitride coating or Black AlTiN Aluminum Titanium Nitride. These are not electroplated, these are coated in titanium to offer surface feature improvements such as surface abrasion resistance (wear resistance), surface friction/smoothness. An added benefit is a change in look.

Our standard raw color screws are uncoated, but feature the classic raw bright machined finish.
