Shield Worx Prep Board HD Lite - Team Edition Cutaway

We’re proud to release the Shield Worx Prep Board HD Lite Team Edition Cutaway. Named the Cutaway as the team logo has exposed carbon in the center print.
This was a project that was quite extensive and took a bit to refine, however I think we have something that many will appreciate as a great addition to their workspace.
The HD is comprised of a 1mm thick 3k Twill Carbon Fiber top sheet with silk screen branding. The underside is a 1.0mm thick sheet of mild steel that has been powder coated satin black. The carbon board and sheetmetal are bonded with 3M spec’d epoxy and cure process.
For the Lite version, we have the Team Cutaway Edition Available. Please visit the prep board category page for other options.
This board is named the HD Lite as it is heavy duty with a slight reduction in weight with a thinner steel plate (1.0mm vs 1.5mm). This board measure 29.74” W x 18.94” H (755.44mm W x 481.15mm H) and weights 7.1 lbs.
We like to think of this version of our prep board as more of a semi permanent addition to a shop or mobile repair trailer/van. Since this board is so large in size and weight it may not be suitable for racers or athletes who need to pack a travel board. We’ll have a smaller solution for that shortly. However we do have our team members who do travel to local races with their boards in hand.
